The Kanji shown in the site is "Joyuu" Actress.
The first Kanji "Jo" means female, period. The second is "Yuu" which is also used in the word "yuushuu" (excellent).
優 ユウ ウ やさしい, すぐれる, まさる T1 ゆ よし tenderness; excel; surpass; actor; superiority; gentleness
There's no implication of "danger" anywhere.
At least in Japanese.
