Name, address, bank details, and phone numbers are listed on their website. The address seems to point to a small residential building in Chiba, not an office. Their photo gallery displays only stock photos. I guess they're just another one-man operation selling used cars from a shared pool on commission.

Even on the National Tax Agency website, the corporate number was designated in 2015, and there is no data before that. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's corporate information also contains almost no data showing the company's activities.
