A couple of questions

Hi, got a couple of simple questions.

1.- When asking: どれですか, is it correct to answer with それです?
2.- When writing on paper hiragana combinations such as きゃ, do you write the ゃ much smaller than き? More or less the same size?

1. It can be, yes.
2. Quite a bit smaller. A bit larger in relative proportion than you would write the subscript in chemical notation
