24h open places for work/study?

Hello! Bit of a shot in the dark, but does anyone know good places in and around Tokyo and Tokyo metro for studying or working at night?

Ideally, a library or cafe sort of place. By filtering places on Google Maps I only seem to come across internet cafes and Kizoku cafe in Shinjuku; hopefully there are more places?

What about manga kissaten or karaoke places? By "at night" do you mean "through the night"?
