1930 Japanese American portraits

Hello all,

I recently purchased a few photos for my Japanese American collection. Fortunately, there are captions. Unfortunately, I don't speak Japanese. This first photo is a portrait by Japanese photographer Sadaichi Imada of Los Angeles, California. I think it dates to about 1930 and there is an inscription to the photograph folder. Would someone be kind enough to translate for me?

This portrait might be from the same time period but it came with the Imada photo. Taken by Japanese photographer N. Igarashi of a young couple. Inscription included. I am completely unfamiliar with the photographer.

Many thanks! Very pleased I can catalog these photos with this information. Looking forward to further research on the first couple. There is a great deal of information available on the Japanese Americans who were imprisoned during the war.

Is ' Minamikawa Kōshū/Mitsufune ' a full name? or is this a name followed by a location?

That's a full name. I suppose it might be his artist name or something, as same as his wife's name.
