I must ask where you even saw or heard the phrase 私は仕方がない. I cannot think of a situation in which that might be said.

仕方がない means "there is no use", "can not be helped", "there is nothing you can do about it", etc. but it doesn't mean "impatient" or "annoyed".

君に会いたくて仕方（が）ない。
I'm impatient to meet you.
