Hello:

I've come across these sentences:
直ぐ外に出ると、危ないです。窓のガラス等が落ちてきますから。​

I'm assuming a couple of things, first, that きます is the verb 来る, and that its use here is as an auxiliary, combined with another verb in the て-form.

If I can compare this to the 持って来る construction, should I translate this as "window-glass and such comes down"?
