お尻プリント - butt prints

My friend said that her Christmas present from her boyfriend was お尻プリント. I Googled it and came up with pictures of clothes with blank flyers attached to them, and some on the butt. I get that, but, what are "butt prints" for?

Hmmm, お尻プリント seems to refer to pants that have a picture on the butt to me. I've never heard it, though.

My friend just told me she didn't want to spoil the mood with the particulars of the indecent thing, and she'd leave it up to my imagination...

Could you use プリント to refer to a photocopy of a picture?

Usually it's a printed illustration of a character, just like キティちゃん.

I mean お尻プリント usually refers to the illustration itself, and I've never heard the usage that the word refers to the pants themselves.
