Yumegokoro Brewery, located in Kitakata, was founded in 1891. Along with 'Naraman', 'Yumegokoro' is the brewery's signature brand. It has a vast site in Kitakata, where sake is brewed using traditional techniques and modern facilities. The name 'Yumegokoro' is derived from a dream in which the brewer was taught the secrets of sake brewing. The rice varieties used are Gohyakumangoku, Yume no Koka and Chiyonishiki. The ginjō class is brewed with Utsukushima Yume yeast.

Mild and thin body, approach with appealing acidity, refreshing and easygoing table sake, with an aroma of dried fruits, slightly dry with notes of green.
