A bouquet of fruit and flowers greets the nose, followed by a refreshing, medium-bodied sip. The sake is moderately dry, with a harmonious blend of sourness and savoury. The sake reveals a more complex and spicy flavour as the temperature rises. Yaeu Meijo derived from the merger of eight local breweries and aimed to boost sales to the Tokyo area.
