This typical Hiroshima sake is made of native Hattan rice, meticulously crafted, slowly fermented with Association No. 9 yeast at low temperatures, and aged in cool cellars for several months. The result is refined sake with a subtle ginjo aroma and a complex, elegant flavour profile. Its balanced acidity and crisp finish create a pleasant drinking experience.

Fruity and spicy notes characterise the nose with a hint of greenness. On the palate, it is smooth and medium-bodied, with a dry finish balanced by firm acidity. Its versatility allows it to be enjoyed in various ways, whether chilled, at room temperature or warmed. When chilled, it offers a crisp and refreshing experience, while at room temperature, the flavours become softer and more pronounced, revealing a more profound complexity with almost herbal hints.
