Tatenokawa Muga Platinum Bottle Junmai Daiginjō has a sweet aroma with prominent notes of fungi and floral elements. It has a fine texture and is medium-bodied. It is sweeter than the Green Bottle and has a pleasing crispness and effervescence. The finish is slightly bitter with a sour tingle. Overall, it is a very pleasing sake with a crisper character thanks to Miyamanishiki rice.
