Aromas of caramel, custard and apple pie delight the nose. Smooth and gentle on the palate, with a balanced body and texture, lively acidity and a refined sweetness that lingers. A crisp and long finish with more acidity. This is a graceful sake with a low alcohol content of 14% and a light character. Soft and superb.
