Tamagawa Akiko has the distinctive Kinoshita aroma profile, characterized by ripe fruit notes of plum, apricot, and fig and sweet and lactic undertones. With a smooth entry on the palate, it comes with a harmony of well-balanced sweetness, earthy bitterness, and refreshing acidity. The texture is creamy, contributing to its overall richness. The finish is clean and lingers pleasantly.

Kinoshita aimed at a delicious, solid sake that could not be called hiyaoroshi but would go well with autumn dishes. We think they achieved their mission, although we hope they won't give up on their rich and solid genshu-type sake.
