Ozeki Premium Junmai is slightly dry with a rounded, clean flavour throughout the finish. It is one of the three sake products Ozeki first brewed in California in 1979 and is best known as the warm house sake.

Ozeki's Premium Junmai has a beautiful aroma of dried fruits, such as prunes and apricots, and a hint of narazuke pickles. We enjoyed it both cold and warm and noticed different characteristics. It was mild and light when cold, with a gentle start and a refreshing middle. It had some acidity and bitterness and a short and sour aftertaste. When warm, it became smoother and creamier but still retained its sourness.
