Golden in appearance, Nakao's Tokubetsu Honjōzō Seikyō Chokarakuchi has a floral nose with moderately spicy notes. Dry, low acidity, moderate umami and alcohol, and relatively light body. Hints of ripe apple, slight sweetness and a crisp, clean finish. It gets smoother, more well-rounded at higher temperatures, and loses much of its dryness. Superb.
