This Nabeshima, brewed from Omachi rice, has a fruity aroma with notes of muscat, melon, and hints of banana, accented by a touch of alcohol. The palate opens smoothly with medium body and a slight effervescence, delivering a rich umami profile characteristic of Omachi. Fresh acidity balances well with layered sweetness, while a mild, pleasant bitterness develops towards the finish. Despite being pasteurised, it retains a fresh, lively character. The aftertaste is clean and sharp, leaving a light, well-rounded impression.
