Spicy-sweet aroma with light floral notes. Gentle and rounded on the entry, with a medium body and creamy texture. The palate is mild and smooth, showing soft umami and a clean finish, followed by lingering notes of rice and alcohol. Overall, it is a mellow, well-balanced, slightly sweet futsūshu (sugar-added) that, given its specifications and overall quality, could easily be mistaken for a honjōzō. A 900ml bottle comes under 1000 yen.
