The aroma is light and fruity, showing a gentle sweetness with faint spicy notes of alcohol. It opens smoothly and carries a full, rounded body with a trace of natural effervescence. The texture is soft, revealing flavours reminiscent of melon with a faint strawberry note. As it settles, a layer of umami depth and a slight mineral edge emerge. The finish is clean, with a medium-dry balance marked by a quiet, refreshing sweetness that lingers briefly before fading.
