Himonoya Senkonari Honjōzō Genshu Kurozuka (千功成 本醸造原酒黒塚) is named after the legend of Ōshū Adachigahara Oniba (奥州 安達ケ原), a local demon that also appears in a famous Noh play. It is made of Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 50% and has a strong ginjō aroma. It can be consumed chilled or on the rocks with ice for a milder taste.
