This is the masterpiece of Asamai Shuzo, a local brewery that uses only rice grown within a 5km radius of the brewery and their own yeast. It has a soft ginjo aroma and a fluffy rice flavour that is refreshing and sweet. The mouthfeel is smooth, with a gentle balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity. It is a clean, crisp sake that does not tire the palate despite its strong taste. Though branded as "cost-performing," it offers excellent both quality and value for money.
