Question Please read these seals on a kinkishoga scroll

Top seal is 松月堂囗 (Shōgetsu-dō something), bottom one is unknown. Bottom one doesn't look like Shōgetsu-dō.
I don't know this artist or school off the top of my head.
I think the scroll might be a parody of another scroll. I'll see if I can find it.

This search for completed yahoo items on 松月堂 gives 19 hits, the subject included.
They are all scrolls. However my Japanese is too bad to get a proper meaning out of that - as a EU citizen I have no permission to see it anyway ...
It suggests options for the 4th character.

Many of those are calligraphic scrolls. A few of those entries indicate Shōgetsu-dō was the art name of a calligraphist/artist named
Nakamura Kiyoe (中村清兄, b. 1910), but the stamps for Nakamura Kiyoe don't match the ones on your scroll, and the timing seems to be wrong.
