Help Katana sword real or fake kanji

It's a name: 坂田雄太 Sakata Yūta.
I can't tell anything about the sword unless we get a shot showing the whole sword. Close-ups of the tip would be good. If you can take it out of the scabbard, then close-ups of the tang would be very good to have. But I'm not hopeful that it is a sword worth collecting, because swords with random names written on the side of the blade are almost always Chinese imports.

It is modern-made replica of a Japanese sword. The damascus-like layers near where the blade transitions to the tang are usually a sign of modern repros. Also the notches where the blade transitions to the tang are not like a normal Japanese sword.
Plus, its all scratched up as if someone attempted to polish it with sandpaper or power tools or something. There is no writing on the tang, which doesn't automatically mean its a fake, but together with the name written on the blade surface, it leads me to believe its a fake sword. It wouldn't be worth anything to Japanese sword collectors. It might be suitable for iai practice. And just to clarify, the name on the sword is a completely random, modern Japanese name. Its not the name of a swordsmith.
