Good luck flag - Shrine stamp

Good evening from France,

I just got a flag along with two Kai Guntos, I will join more photos as soon as I receive it.
For now I would like to know already if someone is able to decipher the seal script on this shrine stamp ?

There is also the usual "久長運武祈"

Top one says Tōkei Jinja 鬪雞神社, which is a shrine located in Wakayama Prefecture 鬪雞神社 - Wikipedia

Bottom one says Inoru buun chōkyū 祈武運長久, "everlasting luck in battle".

Wow that's impressive, thank you very much.
Good thing is it isn't a modern stamp from this shrine. Looks there is also a name on the right side of the flag, I'll show you complete pictures soon.

Good morning,
Here are photos of the flag. I assume most of writings are relatives signatures or wishes, perhaps lines on the right are mentioning the name of the owner ?

Katahira Kazuo is the name of the person to whom the flag was presented. The rest are signatures and a few slogans.
