Yosegski Hinomaru Flag Translation Help

Greetings,

I have been following this site for quite a while. I finally decided to join. I have always been interested in WW2 history particularly the pacific theatre. I collect Japanese militatia items amongst others. I have a few Yosegaki Hinomaru flags in my collection. I have one particular one that I would like to know what it may say as it has definitely been there. This flag is also intelligence stamped. I would kindly like to ask if any of the incredbly knowledgeable members of this site may be able To help me with with any translation as I am curious to know this flags story. Thank you in advance for everyone's help.

The very large letters written vertically down the right side are 祈武運長久 (pray for everlasting luck in battle)
The large letters to the left of that are the recipient's name, Andō is the family name, but I can't make out the first name.
All the rest are the signatures of the people who signed the flag.
