Japanense writing on a vintage folding screen - who can read it?

Hey there!
I have here a vintage or old folding-screen/room-divider with a landscape painting on it. Can somebody read the name of the artist and/or which area is shown?
It will be a big help. Thank you and greetings from Germany.

It says Yosemite Waterfall. So presumably it's meant to depict somewhere around here:
