Sawaguchi Tamon-yagura (沢口多聞櫓), an Edo-period gate turret and Important Cultural Property at Hikone Castle. The structure guarded the Sawaguchi entrance (沢口), one of the principal gateways through the castle's middle moat (中堀 nakabori). Visitors entered through the passage beneath the turret before proceeding towards the inner enclosures.
