@Muz1234 since you are from a different culture you might not get the reference about going blind. There have been many lies told to children to keep them from touching themselves "inappropriately," including that it'll make you go blind, or that you'll grow hair on your palms. I'm sure you probably heard some silly lies like this growing up.
But seriously though, pornography addiction is real, and I can see how it would lead to difficulties in real-world romance. It sets certain expectations that simply can't be met, because they were never real. You might want to keep these warning signs in mind if you are worried you might be watching too much.
The first step toward having a relationship with anyone is to realize that they are a human being, just as complex and intelligent as you are, with emotions just as real as yours. They've walked the earth as you have: their experiences filtered through the way other people treat them (usually based on their appearance), and that informs their world view. Your goal should be to improve their experience of the world through your presence, and vice-a-versa. If your only reason for wanting a relationship is sexual gratification, I'd stick to the JAV.
