いい加減にしないと大声だしますよ、お姉ちゃんに聞こえるように。
まあ、いいよ。それでも、俺は君怪我されるほうが困る。

It's clear from the context that he means:

1) "I'd rather for you not to get hurt."

But assuming there was no context, it could be interpreted another way?

2) "I'd rather not get hurt by you"

Are these different usages of に? Or both are #10?
2) is simply 受身. 1) looks like 使役: "to have someone do xxx~" , but it's passive not causative. I'm confused.

( P.S. The new GOO design looks horrible :( )

怪我される is indirect passive. に indicates the agent (the one who gets hurt), and the subject(= the speaker) is adversely affected by it.
The causative passive 君に怪我させられる is used for #2.

( P.S. The new GOO design looks horrible :( )
Totally agree.

I see. Thanks.

The causative passive 君に怪我させられる is used for #2.

Wait... Wouldn't 君に怪我させられる mean - "You make me hurt you(or someone else)", not "I was hurt by you".
"俺は君(君を)怪我させらるほうが困る。" = "I'd rather you wouldn't make me hurt you"

怪我させる can't be used for "A makes B hurt C". It only means "A hurts B", therefore 怪我させられる can't have that meaning.

Dammit. It had completely slipped my mind that 怪我する = to get hurt, 怪我させる = to hurt. 🤦

On a semi-related note, I still remember using Yahoo!辞書 - 国語・英和・和英および専門辞書の検索サービス before goo, that one also got a "fabulous" design overhaul.(And I think it got merged with kotobank, since kotobank searches currently go through yahoo) Now GOO got wrecked... Next in-line is kotobank ;(
