Sorry if I'm not making sense. I'm just naive to how most of the world works, because I've never gave any serious through to immigrating before, and most of my knowledge of other countries comes from the media.

Which is why you should try to get out from in front of a computer screen and see things firsthand before thinking a certain place is ideal enough for you.

I'm basically just looking for a country that is better than the US.

Pray tell, what do you see that is so horrible about the U.S. (your opinion) that makes you want to leave it forever?

Wherever you go, there will be a language barrier (yes, even in other anglophone countries to some degree). That's a major point.
Second, depending on how you answer the question above, you may not even like certain aspects of other countries which on the surface seem appealing from the Internet POV. I've already given you some points to consider.
Third, you absolutely have to realize that if you intend to move to live and work somewhere, even within the U.S., you have to have marketable skills/experience/talent. Figure out what is needed from a foreigner in another country, instead of looking at it from the same standpoint of being a U.S. local looking for work.

It's not that the US is that bad right now, but they're trying to take away more and more of our freedoms. Although luckily for us, there are people who are fighting and resisting their changes, so I don't think they will do any drastic sweeping changes. The main thing I'm worried about is they have been making many FEMA camps in the US. Why would they need so many FEMA camps in our own country when they don't even detain that many terrorists here?

You cannot vote, "they" can change all rules and never ask for your opinion. When you get arrested, you do not know what are the documents you just signed. Wait, you thought they would get you an english translation? A lawyer? Keep on dreaming. Your opinion? nobody cares about it.

Politicians, cops, rulers do not look like you, when you grew up being the majority and ending up the minority for some people it can be quite a shock (conspirationists may end up in a mental institution). Unhappy? You cannot not write to the guy you voted for. You cannot vote so you did not vote for anyone. Remember?

Thank you. In the end, I'm simply looking for the place I'll be the most comfortable in. Honestly, I'm not sure whether to fear the people who say those things or not, I'm tempted to dismiss them as fear mongers, but you never know.
