Wanting somebody to do something

How might I say something like "What do you want me to say?"

And other things like "Where do you want me to go?", or "When do you want me to come?" et cetera.

The sentences without the second person ('me' in this case) seem quite easy, like あなたは何を言いたいですか？ (What do you want to say?), but adding the second person (who would be performing the action) is tripping me up. Would it just be something like あなたは私が何を言いたいですか？

Any assistance is very appreciated, but I would very much enjoy some words about the logic used as opposed to just a translation.

何を言ったらいいの？
何を言って欲しい？
何を言えば良いでしょうか？
"Where do you want me to go?"
どこに行っていいの？
どこに行って欲しい？
どこに行けば良いでしょうか？

And if you really want to put in the sentence you and the other person , you would say it like this. But you don't need "あなた" and "私" when speaking.
あなたは私に何を言って欲しい

Are trying to pick a fight with this last sentence of yours?
"あなたは何を言いたいですか？"
喧嘩を売るの？

It is going to depend on your circumstance as to what you will use. And there are more ways to say the above than what I have written.

何が言いたいんですか？ could be offensive depending on the context, as same as "What do you mean?"/"What's your point?" can be so in English.
