They borrow Japan alots of money but use only for stocks market even Japan said the money to build up roads, schools, basic things for VietNamese life.

Japan must push them strongly they must return money as soon as. If not, Japan will lost all .
They abuse Japan and China only by VietNamese language. It is more dangerous for Japan and China because they lie you . Front of you, they just like an obey person but at your back site, they are killing you !
Poor citizens but goverment officers houses are very big and high class.
Too bad ! They are worst than North Korea .
China, Japan, Korea are East Asian countries . Why we do fighting ? It is only VietNam cheating us to fight together and them get benefits. They do not want to return borrowed money so they want world die all. We must bomb VietNam so all world mouths will close forever and peoples will not misunderstand each other because stupid reasons...

No, i was experienced them because i am a japanese business man who wanted to invest there but after that i found truth . I run away. Lucky, i was not lost too much . But my friends and Japanese goverment lost more .
One day, i walked on a street of center of city. There are many peoples , crazy traffic jame. I tried to escaped from there. After, i found that my cannon camera was gone. It was happened very fast. Just 3 seconds .
I respect VietNamese peoples very much because of thier robbing job.
One day, i wanted to import some material things of family from Japan to VietNam. I must go custom office . In there, the goverment officers asked me alots of money if i want to get my things. I must pay secrectly. I felt shame.
I respect VietNamese goverment officers about thier asking money profesionally .
I felt shame again when many young sexy girls asked me go to sleep with them in the hotel . One of my friends was lost his wallet as soon as by the girl.
What is that ?
They can punish you everywhere in VietNam.
I promise , i will never go back VietNam anymore ...

I'm working for a company who is also involved in a lot of ODA projects including 円借款 (Yen Loan) but money do not go direct to the country but roads and schools are built and Japanese government pays for it (temporarily) which is a "loan".

Without backing evidence and accusing a government as "terrorist" is really outrageous.

If you think there is a real issue, you should state your opinion in civilized manner, with enough backing evidence for your claim.
Shouting abuse like you've been doing here will not get any serious attention, the only think you can manage is to make people see there's fair share of badness and stupidity in every country and Japan is no exception.
