Cold water Mugicha's ways are various ? :)
Cool in the Refrigerator (or just "Refrigerate?")
1. Pour 1 to 1.5 liters of cold or hot(zamashi?) water into a pot. Then put 1 or 2 packs of mugicha into the water.
2. Put the pot into the Refrigerator and let sit for 50 minutes. Refreshingly cool and delicious mugicha であがり?(If the tea is too light colored, shake very well)
---
The X's are kanjis I don't recognize.
X #1 looks like 何but with the top and sides all connected and a drop at the top
X #2 looks like 的 but with a more complicated radical to the left of 勺。

(There's more, but I'm kinda in a time crunch so ill post the rest of it later)
yoroshiku ne!~~ :)

Here's some of the rest:

お湯を使うのがコツ

お急ぎ派向き

In order,

湯ざまし(湯冷まし): boiled and then cooled water
できあがり(出来上がり): something is completed/made

ざまし and できあがり are the noun form of the verb 冷ます and 出来上がる, respectively.

Hot Water - using - noga - knack?

Quick Mugicha Directions.

1. Put a small amount of hot water into a pot and add a Mugicha pack.
2. After shaking thoroughly, add (things like?) cold water and the mugicha will be ready to drink.

Hot water - from - Dasu - situation? For hot mugicha?
Add 1 10gram pack of mugicha to boiled(boiling?) water, and remove boiled water from the flame. In 15-25 minutes the Mugicha will have a very rich flavor and be ready to drink. If you prefer stronger Mugicha, you can (______), or add more packs.

You did it quite well. :)

Hot Water - using - noga - knack?
→ Using boiling water is the trick.

こつ could mean tips, trick when something is the key for success, or in the context where one is being familiar with something, it can be translated as knack. ;)

I think you do not have to translate など in this particular case - as I cannot think of anything else besides cold water for this situation.

Hot water - from - Dasu - situation? For hot mugicha?

お湯から出す in this context can be rephrased as お湯でいれる, i.e. brewing with boiling water.

Add 1 10gram pack of mugicha to boiled(boiling?) water, and remove boiled water from the flame. In 15-25 minutes the Mugicha will have a very rich flavor and be ready to drink.

"Boiling" is appropriate here - in case of 麦茶 (Barley tea), you get the best result with boiling water (熱湯). You can use hot water but flavour can be less.

If you prefer stronger Mugicha, you can (______), or add more packs.

leave the pack in the kettle (or container)

👍
