Describe a JREF member. The next person has to guess who it is and describe someone else.

This person is one of our more senior members, both in age and time as a JREF member 😊 He is JREF's unofficial welcoming committee because he is so kind to new members (and old ones too!). He is known for his ever-changing avatars and for always being a good guy. His favourite things include guns and slim ladies with long black hair. His pet hate is spammers!

Uncle Frank?

This member adores two ladies that used to be famous in the 80's.

FlashJeff?

This member is mysterious - sometimes he's on the Flashchat and doesn't talk - sometimes he's gone for awhile, then pops up and speaks out of nowhere. He's also known for his melancholiness and suciidal tendencies. But we think he's a cool guy! (I know I do, anyway.)

That's Tada! I think he's cool too 👍

This guy is another of our more senior members. He's a truck driver and is known for his interest in conspiracy theories and for being a killer pachinko player. I remember well his tale of getting arrested for possession of cannabis, which he told in installments. How impatiently we waited for the next installment!

Pachipro. Kinda easy given his name, no?

This member shares a similar career path as me, and lives in Tokushima-ken, and I'm envious of him. Bonus points if you can also tell me who told me about him.

This person loves Teachers Scotch Whiskey and a fine cigar now and then and their signature used to be "what this country needs a good 5 cent cigar!" Also, they are never afraid to express their opinion and tell you the truth even though the truth may sometimes hurt.

That sounds like fellow trucker Mike Cash.

This member joined about the same time as myself and discribes himself as an idiot in Japanese. Became a father a last year.

This feller loves the news, and posts when it cans. Loves to chat with anybody about any topics.

Uncle Frank?

This fellow has spent a couple decades in both the US and Japan, and was originally born in Japan.

ASHIKAGA.

This member lives in Tokyo, and has a daughter who is a musician who is living in LA.

Epigene?

This member is another trucker. He is known for his good knowledge of Science and Religion, for being a bibliophile, and for his wicked sense of humour.

Toritoribe

He loves riding his bike, and has been here way longer than me.

Definitely Thomas!

This member is a student in Scotland, known for being outspoken and for his love of metal, Bernard Cornwell, anime and video games.

Derfel

He lives in Osaka, and just got his permanent residency

In Tokushima Ken, you can watch the beautiful Obon odori around July or August. It is a great time do the Ohenro round (Kobodaishi Pilgrim walk). I am wondering if anyone has tried to walk around doing the Ohenro pilgrim walk. I walked from Muroto Misaki to Koochi Ken. I had trouble following the michishirubei and sleeping on the streets (nojyuku) was socially acceptable even in Japan doing this.
