It is not something you can order or purchase, it is a free gift you can get when you buy two out of 100 books Kadokawa bunko specially offer.
You need either Japanese cell phone or the special post card included in their booklet, and you need the "ID" from the two books you bought.
I'm afraid that it is impossible for people outside Japan to get these book covers...

You do can try Ebay, or stuff like that and search for "Japanese bookcovers" for example.

Yeah, I bought 4 books, but I don't have the cell phone.
