JLPT 2 Vocab

Hi all,

I'm looking for recommended books geared towards JLPT 2 vocabulary. Apart from JLPT drills/practice books with only questions and answers, are there textbooks or guides written for JLPT vocabulary? Those which contain sentence examples would be nice.

Secondly, I have also discovered various JLPT word lists online - but which one is most authentic and accurate? Is there an official list? Furthermore, rather than in mere alphabetical listing, is there a categorized list broken down into sub-lists of nouns, verbs etc.?

I've already been there before (it was one of the word list sources), but thanks anyway.
