No, I'm afraid they don't make any sense.

Where did you find this "kandaya"?
If it is a name of a shop/restaurant, etc. then it could be Kanda-ya.
Kanda is a name of place also it is a family name. "ya" is used for name of a shop or restaurant, though it is always used with other word, not on its own.

I guess it means some restaurant or shop.

I checked about kandaya.com, the domain (www.kandaya.com) used to be of a liquor shop called 神田屋 kanda-ya, but when when its contract expires (?), the domain was purchased by an IT company from India before the contract is renewed. I happen to have found a blog by the owner of Kanda-ya complaining about indignantly.
