Please read the short line.
I think it transcribes as 忙牛有閑写杉瓢竹庵風来 but Google does not help me much.
Are they hermits from the bamboo groove?
Does gourd refer to the seal?

The first seal looks like 露山閣主 where I doubt the 2nd and 4th.
And below 風来 which would be the painter as in the text? Any info about him?

I did find a painting with that 2nd seal on Yahoo:

To play a stone in the game of go it is traditionally held between index finger and middle finger.
In this scroll the men use their thumb and index finger.
Apart from beginners and players who don't care I don't know if there are places where this is or was common practice.
Does anyone do know?

忙中有閑 Bōchū yūkan "Having free time to spare in the midst of busyness". This would be the title of the painting.

写於瓢竹庵 A scene in the Hyōchiku-an (one of the five tea rooms of Matsuo Basho). I think this refers to the location of the scene, rather than where the painting was executed.
