Japan Post Office with English Speakers

Does anyone know of a JP office with some english speaking staff? I need to open a JP Bank Account, so I'm trying to figure out where to go. Thanks!

What city are you in? I'm sure if you go to a large bank in Tokyo, especially around Azabu, they would have some English speakers.
