Question Can I apply any Working Visa if I have an Overstay Record?

Hello..
From 2018, I overstayed in japan for about 1 year. And then I voluntary report to Immigration Bureau and get 1 year entry ban and leave Japan..
Now the 1 year ban has passed. I don't have any other criminal records.
I know I'm a bad person because of what I did back in time..
Is it possible that I can apply a Working Visa like Specified Skilled Worker or Engineering or any other visa if I have an Overstay Record?
Are there will be any issue applying CoE?

You can try. There's no way to be sure how immigration will respond. But if your ban is passed maybe you have a chance.

At the time I report to the Immigration, The person in charge there interviewed me, and she said that It's ok I can go back to Japan after the 1year-ban over.
But, I worried at the fingerprint and retina scan sensor in the airport shows my data and they refuse me to enter Japan.

Maybe anyone here have same experience with me, and succesfuly enter Japan?

If you have a COE that means you have a sponsor. So I think if you can get the COE you should be fine.
Usually in Japan they follow the rules. If the rules say the ban is over, I don't think they will arbitrarily decide differently.
