Hello there!

I am looking for traditional paintings or ukiyo-e of the 12 zodiac signs.
I find a lot of them, but all Chinese. I want them to be Japanese though.

Anybody here who has some nice links, please?

Could you also post the Chinese representation of Astrology signs, and their English-language explanations/threads, if you have any?

I hope you don't mind me saying that I don't think any type of astrology can be claimed as "more accurate". Astrology is all about how the person whom the message is for reads into the 'prediction'. Therefore I'd argue any astrology can be "accurate" if you read into it in a different way.

That being said, I hope you wouldn't mind if I say that I don't think any kind of astrology can be ACCURATE (let alone "future-telling" for lack of a better phrase).

That is interesting; although I don't follow astrology, it's nice to know the calligraphy for my sign; they are very attractive.

Unfortunately not. As I said: I'm looking for paintings or ukiō e, not for calligraphy...
