I did see something like that, but it wasn't about a birthday. That was in de fanclub show....Yu-ki and Ki had to do dracula make-up on fangirls. But they kept repeating the name of that show Sooo cute

Yu~ki is the former bassist of the Visual kei band Malice Mizer. He had been with the band from its beginning (in 1992) until they announced they'd be going on an indefinite hiatus in December, 2001. While the other members of Malice Mizer have either gone solo or joined new bands, Yu~ki has done neither.

Yu~ki claims that the first thing he does in a morning is eat chocolate.
After the departure of Malice Mizer's vocalist, Tetsu, he was asked to become Malice Mizer's new voice but declined.
In live performances with Malice Mizer, Yu~ki assumed the position of a count or vampire; Gackt was usually the hero, Közi often took the odd roles, and Mana was the girl. This pattern carried over into the band's movie reinterpretation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, in which Yu~ki played Dracula.
Yu~ki wrote the music to the Malice Mizer song Syunikiss ～二度目の哀悼～. He also wrote the lyrics to both versions of Közi's song Memento.
Although there are many rumours as to what his real name is, none have been proven.
Yu~ki is notorious for being shy and would often rely on late Malice Mizer member Kami for dance cues. Once during a live show Kami ran offstage, leaving Yu~ki holding the mic and he was struck with stage fright while talking to the audience
Yu~ki's Malice Mizer colors were orange and yellow

Hello everyone!
I'm still pretty now to these forums. But so far I've meet really friendly people here!
Yes, I've read in quite a few sites that he was asked to sing for the band. I wonder why he turned it down? He must have a wonderful voice if he was asked....

Such beautiful drawings dragonlady_e!! I love how you really bring out his eyes! Which is my favorite part of this man (aside from the way he plays bass). Same goes for your wallpapers.
It always makes me happy to see more Yu~ki fans out there.

Actually what happened was in the interview where they mentioned that they asked Yu~ki to be vocalist they were just sort of joking. The entire interview they were giving silly answers and one of them was that they were so desperate for a vocalist after Tetsu that they even asked Yu~ki. If you've seen the Societe de Pariente video you would know that he can't really sing. ^^;;;

I guess we really wont know for sure unless we asked him ourselves.

Societe de Pariente was really interesting to watch with all their sillyness. Kinda hard to tell though if Yu~ki was being serious or not...

His shyness was what really caught my attention about him. That and how he's always staring at Kozi when Kozi does something "peculiar"...hehe

I love that image! Thank you so much for posting it. I havent seen this one before.
And those videos are absolutely goregous. His bass solo was timeless.

... I really don't here any mistakes in that song... I have it on my Mp3 player...(yes the live version) Just because I love the song and love Klaha's voice and this is one of the songs I listen to the most....

And if there are mistakes who says it isn't Kozi who makes them. I think it is still special if you can act funny and still sing :O I would laugh myself of stage

But his solo is priceless. And from the best concert eva'!!

I think we all would laugh ourselfs offstage.... I'm always impressed by they 'coolness'....I couldn't hold my laughter, like Mana always does. Yu-ki and Közi do laugh sometimes. Gackt also and Klaha not much, but he does sometimes

Wiieeh I'm watching Bara no Konrei on youtube (I'm at part 9 now). In the beginning Yu-ki looked ol d and ugly, but know he is sexy
