YARU KA sounds like YAH RUU KAH. Informal phrase which roughly translates as "do you wanna piece of me?!" or "you want some?!" in an aggressive tone. Of course, in a romantic tone of voice, it can mean "do you want to have sex?"

Did I really sound that "angry"...? Because I'm not, really -- just frustrated, maybe. I realize that this is a young kid we're talking about here, but there are other pretty young members of this forum, and none of them are this obnoxious.

I mean, even a 12-year-old should be able to do better than a post consisting of nothing but "LOL" and about 85 quadrillion exclamation points, no?

I seriously doubt anyone would say "yaru ka" to mean "do you want to have sex?" You might say "yarou ka" if you weren't particularly enthusiastic. In the original context, you say "yaru ka" when you feel like someone is trying to start a fight with you, and you are willing to accept. I guess the translation would be "come on then!" There are lots of manga phrases like this, such as "kenka utten no ka" (are you trying to start a fight) "kuru nara koi" (if you want to fight then come on) "yatte yarun ja nee ka" (I accept your challenge) "omoshiree" (I am looking forward to this fight) and so on...
