2 songs?
I'm not dreaming that much.
Yoshiki had announced a new song for 31 december gig, but finally they just played a new short guitar melody at the end of orgasm, when Toshi sat on drums. I'll already be satisfied if they announce more that just concerts in japanese domes.

Ok, i just followed the link of your post.
2 new songs are fine and, yes, a new album would be better than releasing another best of (they released more best off than real studio albums!!). And they could also cover a hide song as well, such as "Misery" (that fits pretty well Toshi's voice). It'd be 5 more minutes material and a way to keep him in the band. And why not working on some of the 300 songs Yoshiki said he wrote for VUK ?
 
Finally, just 2 new Tokyo Dome concerts in May, and maybe the french scheduled somewhere in July 2009...

X-Japan will always be my favorite band no matter how old the group is. I have every album and listen to every one of their song's. Never gets old.
 
Yes, i've seen it. I like listening to their songs, but unfortunately, it'll be the same playlist as usual.
Even the X-Japan thread on the jrockrevolution forum is quiet now. Hope more news and a real world tour...
 
Hopefully I can figure out how to watch this concert. Its all in Chinese and Japanese.

There may be Luna Sea people or musicians from the old muteki-band era.

I really don't approve of the Yokity! I'm so sorry Yoshiki, I've loved everything else you've done... but just no!!
Are there pictures of any of the other designs out there?

haha i dont understand myself either... i am torn between wanting to scream, "HIDE KITTY I WANT IT I WANT IT I WANT IT" and wanting to say, "Hey, arent they making money off the dead guy??? isnt that kinda sick??"
 
I don't think it's wrong to make a hide kitty. Infact I think they should. It's no different to making a hide plushie. I'm sure he'd be very hurt if as soon as he died he was no longer included in their merch ideas!

I still can't bring myself to like it... I think it's because I don't really like Hello Kitty so it's not gona go very far with me... it has far too many conotations of 'kawaiiiiiii'... If I was gona spend money on X merch there are a million things I'd buy first. Probably including the ridiculously over priced piano scores I mentioned in the Yoshiki thread!

I think I have a problem today... I seem to be writing far more than necessary in reply to posts... it's like I'm typing but I'm not actually running it past my brain at all!
