I see. Yeah, so basically don't use ~てしまう for unexpectedness in a situation where I state that I am happy about something. Thanks for the sentences, they help a lot.
One more small thing, is the spelling of ほんと like that just a preference or casual way of spelling it? Both ほんとう and ほんと are in a dictionary with the same meaning.
