Just the other day some, well, I'll just say nut for now, came on line in the late afternoon (Japan time) and posted all kinds anti-Japanese sentiment posts. (some 39 or so was it?) It seems the same or a connecting person had come on line today again (Japanese time) but I wasn't here this time--our comrade leonmarino san worked to knock all those posts out of the title positions.
I may be just me, I don't know, but when some nut like that comes on line, I think it would really be nice if for that moment (and I would not be asking for anything else) we could all work together and try to knock such posts out of sight. I mean, make posts so that the anti-Japanese ones would be covered up until a Moderator or Administrator could get in and delete them--that way no visitors would have much of a chance to get a wrong impression, AND that nut poster might get the sense that such ill intentions will never work here...and maybe give up? ( well, that may be wishful thinking, but...)
We don't all agree on a number of things, sure...we're all human anyway. We are all different--some stronger in certain areas and meanings, and some weaker--but we are all members of this community for now. I think many of you know that I had expressed supportiveness for a more 'democratic-like attitude' in the past, and this is simply a part of that concept--to work together to keep what is clearly bad out.
For the Jref on-line community, I hope it would not be considered too presumptious of me to post this, and hope for others to join in, in trying to combat those who would like to cast dark and ill shadows over Jref. I would encourage the effort to cover over such bad posts by posting below them in order to knock them out of view.
