People need to stop caring about what society thinks. I get that other people's opinions are everywhere so it is hard to ignore it but focusing on race and caring about what people put as "beautiful" will only bring you down. I believe we look a certain way because of where our race formed and the genetics. Asian people may look a certain way because of how the environment is in Asia. Basically, our body could adapt to where we are for a very long time, which we start to pass on to our children and their children and so on. But then again, this is just a theory I think of. Of course, since we are humans and humans are the most judgmental creatures on earth, we will label what is beautiful and what is not beautiful in our eyes. Really, beauty is what is inside, how you treat others and yourself. Since the world label things as what is beautiful and what is not, some people's confidence decrease which can make them seem less attractive. I advise others to stop focusing on what people think and instead focus on what you think of yourself. If it is hard to stop paying attention to other's beliefs, then don't associate yourself with anything that has to do with beauty standards. Focus on yourself and make YOU a better person. Besides, beauty standards usually change a lot anyways. I know I am late to reply but I hope someone does see this and get the little confidence they need to move on from the world.
