Does anyone know what this means? I bought it with my aunt in Japan, but we bought so much stuff I don't remember buying this or what it's for! Please help since it cost me 5000 Yen! Thank you

水の妖精 means "Water Fairy". Not sure what a Womber nor a Mirrer is, but should go to a ceramic bowl. Says it protects from germs and bacteria. Sounds a bit new-agish to me.

I think GaijinPunch got it right, I'll just add the maintenance translation:

After half a year of use, put it into a pot or vessel containing boiling water and heat it for 6 minutes, then let it dry naturally.

Maybe "womber mirrer" is an engrish version of wonder mirror:?

It's not so useless, all those anions will surely clean the air around you from evil spirits, making your immune system stronger and preventing any bad smell! Or so says the product description (well, kind of).
