It sounds like a online machine translation or something, as unless in a very specific situation one never use "watashi" (which is pronoun for "I") to say sorry.
I'm sorry is simply "gomennasai".

The only possibility I can think of is it's "watashi... gomennnasai"
"I...(trying to say something then decided against it) (I'm) sorry."

Yeah... likely not the case as I got it on a note today in class :eek: I had an idea of what it said, but I didn't know you couldn't include watashi in it. Thanks for the help!
