What does this mean?

Can someone translate the following questions? My book once again is utilising things it hasn't yet taught me.

1. だれがおそくなりましたか

2. けんさん/みちこさんはなんぷんぐらいまちましたか。

1) "Who was late".

It's formed from おそい + なる,

2) なんぷん is 何分 - how many minutes. ぐらい・ぐらい = about/approximately. Can you work it out from those?
